You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your calo33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. calo33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use was caused or enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact calo33 support immediately.
You may request the closure of your calo33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
calo33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. The following conditions apply:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each deposit transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Members may additionally request voluntary deposit limits via calo33's Responsible Gaming tools, which are distinct from and supplementary to the platform's standard transaction limits.
The vast majority of deposits are credited to the Member's account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. calo33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or network conditions. If a deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, the Member should contact calo33 support with proof of the transaction.
All funds deposited to calo33 must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and the return of the relevant funds to the originating payment source. calo33 does not accept deposits made via credit cards issued by international card networks (Visa, Mastercard) unless otherwise stated in the deposit interface at the relevant time.
Currency Note: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on calo33 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No multi-currency conversion is applied. The displayed amount in the deposit interface is the exact amount that will be credited to your account.
A Member may request a withdrawal of real-money funds at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements attached to funds in the account; and (c) compliance with the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to the chosen payment method at the time of the request.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by calo33 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the relevant bonus; unused bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
calo33 maintains the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-variance betting strategies to artificially fulfill wagering requirements; colluding with other Members to meet wagering requirements; or any other conduct that calo33 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.
calo33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will remain valid until the end of their stated validity period.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, connectivity failure, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, calo33 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stakes to the Member's account balance. calo33's decision in such matters is final.
